staff is AMAZING

Unfortunately, the consistency in quality is very poor. I had to throw mine away today and have to do that occasionally.

Order was not ready when promised

I'm so over these companies basically asking us to tip on the payment screen during the payment transaction. The product itself is expensive enough, and then you ask us to tip.

My bowl did not include items I added on when ordering online. On duty and off duty employees were socializing and making their own drinks with little concern for customers.

You guys at this location make the best smoothies! They’re always perfectly blended no chunks or weird particles of dates haha! Other locations don’t do it as well as you guys I’ve noticed. Thank you!:)

So frustrated. I've ordered from this location for ages but the last few months they keep just not including some items in my delivery. There's nowhere in the app or on the website to reach out and their auto emails are only to no reply addresses. Their feedback form only looks like if I complain about delivery they'll ding the delivery service, and that's not fair as it's not them. Not only do I not get the food, which is super frustrating when I'm busy at work and planning on it to get a chance to eat, but I can't figure out how to get a refund for the items I never got. That's not ok! Really poor quality experience. Order at your own risk
