Amazing smoothies

Order was ready when I arrived, and the staff was nice. My smoothie is delicious and I am so happy!

They had my smoothie ready 👍, but did not make sure I had the water I ordered. I was glad I remembered it at the last minute. The bathroom was very messy.

It was an alright experience. When i went into the store, no one greeted me and were focused on making the drinks. I waited to see if they’d communicate with me but had to flag them down. I had to ask to see if my drink was ready and waited an additional 10 minutes after it was said it’d be completed by. The drink was a smoothie and was rather more liquid-y texture than the normal thick texture of a smoothie. I was disappointed but in a rush and left.

This location seems to have issues with quality and speed of service. We only come here if we are already in the area for something else. Normally we go to the Sea Cliff location because they are way better in every way. Today, we ordered 2 smoothies and 1 juice from the mobile app. We showed up 10 minutes later to pickup. There was no one in the store, no line, not busy at all and we had to wait another 15 minutes for these 3 items to be made. The staff was mostly standing around and one girl on her phone. No sense of urgency or customer service.

I didn’t get my smoothie because no one was in the store. The delivery guy said there were no employees to be found. I just lost my money.

I love nekter always go to the one at seacliff and have never had a problem but I had to make an errand over by Bella terra so I decided to go to the nekter over there instead I got a smoothie that I don’t normally get cause I wanted to try something new but this one I got just wasn’t good. It was super watered down had no flavor of fruit and there was giant ice chunks in it.

Tried 2 new things (new for me), the elderberry smoothie and the pitaya limeade and both were extremely delicious! Perfect cure for a hot day.

Google maps seems to have accurate location of this place but Apple maps just took me to its huge car park and left me lost there. Fortunately the shopping center is very pretty and I was happy walking around (Btw, use google maps if you don’t want to spend time waling - it’s very large). The location is very near Costco so I suggest parking in the lot on the south and walk up via waterfall because parking in front of the store is pretty full. The location was clean and new. I have acai bowl and smoothie. Both are very nice. The server was funny and friendly. Totally recommended for great acai and good vibes. There are only few seatings inside and outside of the shop so I suggest walking 10 meters to the beautiful waterfall that had a lot of chairs and umbrella surrounding it.

Normally have no issues here but this last order the PB Healthnut smoothie was way too watery and thin and didn’t taste like anything. I always order the same thing but this time it wasn’t good at all.

Juice/smoothies received at this location have been sub par. Watered down is seems like.
