Staff was very friendly

When I walked into pick up my mobile order, not one employee acknowledged me or said hello until someone had to come from the back. When my order was completed, it was just placed on the counter again without a “hello, thank you, here’s you order.” I was the only customer in the store the whole time. I’m not one to normally complain but I feel like a simple hello or acknowledgment when someone walks in, especially if they’re the only customer in the store, is not too much to ask.

I had stopped visiting this Nekter for a little while, due to this location being out of items and generally not making products as well as other locations in 2021, but the bowls and juice that I got at my most recent visit were really good. The location was very clean, and the employee was polite and efficient.

Staff got everything done well. Just not very friendly but maybe it was a bad day. The order itself was amazing as far as quality. And they had it perfectly on time.

I ordered on the app for pickup, when I walked in all the lights were off, employees were sitting on their phones, my drink was made wrong, when they tried to fix it it was still wrong. My açaí bowl was only half way filled.

You have a superior product, quality juices. I will come back for that, Your team seems grumpy when visiting, so I am not sure what the story is there. Sometimes they are pleasant so, to be fair.

This store is so poorly managed it’s insane. I usually go to the Long Beach location and get the pb Healthnut and they do such an amazing job always tastes great. Every time I’ve gotten it at the Huntington beach location it tastes so bad, literally disgusting sometimes not even frozen because they forget to freeze the bananas they say. And they Never answer the phone!

Online order to pickup at 3. Got there 245 it was already made but looked to have been sitting for a while. 4 drinks all the same however all looked different colors and tasted different then eachother, none were great. No receipt or slip in bag or on cups to see if it was even the right drink? Ordered ginger shot while there those were good. Girl made our drinks, guy working did ring up and ginger shots. Drinks not great doesnt make me want to go back. Last time a few weeks back, person made incorrect drink all together until I noticed and said something. Meh..
