I work in Bella Terra and had my lunch break scheduled for 1:30. I placed my online order at 11:30 for a 1:30pm pick up. My order was not yet made when I arrived 5 minutes late and had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. There were only two staff members working and I could see there were a lot of order tickets piling up. I don’t mind waiting, but the girl was very short with me when I asked her why my order wasn’t ready even though I order 2 hours prior. Honestly, I think it’s a reflection of poor management that decided to have only 2 employees work to service a busy plaza. Your workers are probably stressed and underpaid to give excellent customer service. Do better for your employees

Said the drink was going to be ready by 12:37 I stood there forever no one else was in the store the worker was just staring at me and I was like I ordered online what happened and then she pulls it out like she should’ve asked me I didn’t know it was ready

Submitted an order through the app for 5 day cleanse, went to the pick up and they said my order wasn’t logged and if I can come back. But that was a huge inconvenience so I asked to wait. Had to wait for the juices to be prepared and did not even get any apologies for the inconvenience.

I was not greeted with any joy. Pretty much I walked in, let the girl know I had my order and that I was early, she went into the fridge and handed me my drink. If she said THANK YOU, she must of said it very low because I didn’t hear her say it outloud. It was not busy, no one inside and no staff out to greet me.

The almond butter bowl i ordered was delicious, however it was missing the add ons I specified. The almond butter inside and the cacao nibs. Still yummy though.

They have 3 people working but only one person making all the drinks. Needless to say my order of one juice took 10 minutes. Also, the point of sale system, that you sign with your finger was literally legit grime on it. You could feel it when you sign. I made the guy at the cashier aware of this and he said, “oh yeah, that is really dirty!” Did he clean it! Nope.
