tried to call over 15 times for help with where the store is inside bella terra. no one answered and i was late to my appointment after. also couldn’t cancel the order because no one would pick up the phone after 15 calls. would not recommend this store or company to anyone. 0/10

I paid for a layer of chia pudding and they forgot to add it! Employees do the best they can but most times I’ve come in it appears understaffed.

Lights were turned off inside so atmosphere was not very inviting. Employees not friendly or welcoming. Smoothie tasted good though.

The gentleman that helped me was nice and great. The two ladies couldn't say hello, had zero customer service and made you feel unwanted. I had 2 (18) celery juice orders and 1(12) celery juice order and they made the gentleman do all the work.
