I've never picked up at the Hilton Village location so I didn't realize it was self-service. I told the girl at the counter that I was there for an online order pickup. She was not exactly rude but not very helpful. She told me that my order would be in the fridge and if not, they were still working on it. Again, I didn't realize the fridge was self service, so she, again, not very helpful, told me to just go look. It's hard to convey tone through text but if I had to put a label on it, it would be snotty... I kinda felt like it was a pain in the ass for her to have to help me. I feel like a more appropriate approach would have been to offer to look for me this time because it was my first time picking up and to just inform me that it's self service for next time.

Didn’t receive what I ordered but I think it was an app issue. Ordered the almond butter bowl but received my original banana berry bowl which is ok. But live the place regardless.
