I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I did not receive any notification when the order was ready; I went into the store at about 7 minutes and to my surprise, found my order was already made and waiting (don't get me wrong, I was happy to not have to wait even though I fully understood and expected to) however, it would have been nice to get some sort of notification!
When I entered the store, there was not a single employee in sight, I had never been to this location and was not aware my order was sitting in the cooler for me to just retrieve and leave. After waiting a few minutes for an employee (that never showed up) I realized my order was made and in the cooler, so I just grabbed it, bagged it and left. Another gentleman was in line waiting to be served when I left, but still no employee(s). I'm not sure how long he waited before someone came out from the back.
I rated 0 simply because I had zero interaction with anyone. The ordering process online was great except that you all inflate your prices for online orders even when using your own website and for a pick up order which is very unnecessary and in my opinion scamming like.
