OMG 10/10 - this is the best location I've been to and I think I've been to at least 4? Today they went above and beyond. I tried ordering online, but I didn't get a screen confirming that my order went through. Thinking that it my order wasn't sent, I went and ordered the same item in person. The person attending me asked if I had just ordered that drink online and kindly cancelled the order I made in person and started on my online order right away! What and eagle eye and what a kind gesture. They could have easily ignored it or not mentioned it or not even think that they were the same order and I am so so grateful for that extra effort! A raise for all of them. I see that they are always working so hard, especially when it seems like they are severely understaffed and have long lines (online and in store). So yes to a raise for all of them, especially the manager - they are exceptionally kind! A+ job with the staff!
