I ordered through the app bc I have a challenging toddler & need to jump out of the car & return quickly while toddler is in the car. I went directly to the counter 1 min past my pick up time to search for my order. There was nothing on the counter & nothing in the ref section. No one greeted me or asked if they could help. Having a toddler in the car, I need to return quickly, so I interrupted someone checking out to ask where they kept to go orders. He went to the back to check on the order, but did not come back to give an update, so I had to yell back to ask. He said it would be another 15 min bc they were short handed. They were busy at this time. If they were busy & short handed, where was the manager? I can't blame them for longer wait times due to lack of help, but there was no display of customer service. People weren't being greeted, there was no urgency, there were no apologies for wait times. I returned to the car bc of toddler. When I came back, the same worker looked at me and said nothing. After waiting for someone to come up front, I noticed a drink sitting on the counter & walked up to discover it was mine. The 2 guys from today need serious CS training.

Hello the only reason it’s a 10 instead of a zero is because Chezzy (sorry if misspelled) called me right now and turned 2 previously unpleasant experiences into 1 very positive one.
And its still a 8 only bc I have to minus those 2 neg experiences, but again, keep employees like Chezzy around (and maybe hire people who can read next time—sorry—warranted sarcasm) and high(er) scores will be on the way :)
