First visit to Quail Hill location. Ordering ahead had zero benefit. Had to wait to the side as a line of four ordered before I was acknowledged. There were many opportunities to help by two team members but they both supported the line instead. By the time they acknowledged me, they realized the order was already ready when I first walked in.

New people working. Crowded with customers but they were lackadaisical and moving slowly. App order ppl waiting on wrong line. No one taking charge. At least four people working but took longer than usual. Also don't like that the bowl I always get is different now. Looking elsewhere
