It was great except I was missing the little protein poppers and didn’t realize until I was already at work, and not able to go back. That is the second time that has happened so it is frustrating, but over all I love nekter.

Store employees don’t have knowledge of the current specials highlighted on the Necter app. It happened again today and has happened several times to me in the past year or so. Today’s example was Buy 2 açaí bowls get one free that’s on the app as “5 weeks 5 gifts”. They didn’t know about it, wouldn’t honor it and really don’t care. I even showed it to them on the app. Frustrating. I will be limiting the times I order on the app and come in
