Overall the experience and food has always been great. One thing to improve on would be consistency. Some days my bowl is full to the top with my fruit and peanut butter “squished” down (which I love the fullness) other days my bowl (same order, same toppings) is only 3/4 full.

As you walked in QR code was present which seemed to push mobile order over continuing to walk to the counter to order. I stopped at doorway trying to decide what to do. Employee came to register, looked at me but no greeting or offer of help and walked back to the back. Another customer came in and walked directly to the counter and was assisted by a different t employee. Then I was asked if I ordered and I mentioned I just placed a mobile order. My order was made in a timely manner and was given to me with great service. Would have been nice to be greeted and asked to take my order but still overall was a good experience.

The workers were nice and the service was good, but my order, which I put in on the melter website, was wrong. I paid for extra strawberry toppings, and I got NO strawberries on top, only bananas

I placed an online order and my brother went to pick it up. I was given the wrong drink but I didn't realize until my brother came home and I took a look. it makes sense that the worker indicated which of the pink flamingos had mango since that's what I had ordered, but I didn't get the pb&j smoothie that I had ordered and paid extra for. a learning opportunity for next time!

I got the acai mango bowl, but the base was way too runny for my liking. Wish the base is thicker in consistency.
