The smoothie we ordered didn't taste right. When we politely asked for it to be remade we were initially told no, that we would need to cancel it through the app and order again. Then, we were mocked and told even if they remade it, We probably wouldn't like it. Finally, the staff agreed to remake the smoothie. It was such a bad experience we will be going to the other location near our house from now on.

Overall pretty good, but the smoothie we received had a crack in the cup, which caused it to leak and eventually open. Nobody’s fault. Just a disappointing outcome

I am a local customer who comes in at least once a week. My smoothie today was so watered down, so much ice that it hardly had any taste at all. For almost $8 I expect it to be perfect. Please less ice. If I didn’t have my kids with me I would have returned and asked for another one to be made.
