The smoothie I ordered was very good, and so was the customer service!

The smoothie was delicious as always and the employee helping had great customer service, communicated that she was finishing up my order and was over all very professional. However, the two associates she was working with at that time seemed to be having a dispute and both left to the back area. During that time the employee was finishing my order, two customers walked in, one waiting to order and one waiting for their mobile order. Not fair for the employee.

Employee was very nice & helpful. Very happy & professional. Smoothies were very tasty. They were a hit with everyone. But your location doesn’t allow adding banana, strawberry & blueberry for free like all the other locations for the berry smoothie. I thought that was odd.

Great smoothie

staff was very friendly and put together my order fairly quickly. I was trying to order online to include special discount on Friday smoothie but didn't allow me. I had to order in store which took extra time. Please fix the app.

Waited 30mins for two orders of simple smoothie. Lol

Order wasn't ready on time, tons of people waiting and my smoothie was more of a drink. Very thin and not worth what I paid! This isn't the girl's fault because clearly ownership or the manager doesn't staff or train correctly. Maybe it's because it's a nice day or something but if we're paying a premium price for a smoothie it needs to kick ass 95 percent of the time. This was the other 5 percent.

Everything was great! Easy transaction over the app & pick up was seamless. Most importantly, my smoothie was delicious!

10 out of 10 another great experience at Nekter. I was greeted despite how busy the crew was and my smoothie was delicious.

My experience was great. Ordering online was easy in the app. Although my order wasn’t ready at the time it was promised, I only had to wait a couple of minutes since they were making my smoothie as checked in. The staff members in the shop were friendly and greeted me as I entered.

For some reason, the smoothies here are made WAY better than the Yorba Linda Blvd location. I drive a little further now to order from the Brea store because the blend and texture is so much better. Kudos to the staff there!

I love the AB smoothie. I would give a 10 stars but I only ding because there is only 1 worker in the morning and they are overwhelmed with opening and making online orders and customers that walk in. I feel so bad for them. You may need 2 workers in morning and afternoon cause it get busy for them .

My drinks were good but I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after I saw that an add on wasn't included in a smoothie. I've been having issues with add ons at both the brea Kraemer and Anaheim hills La Palma stores. Not sure what's going on but it frustrating!
