They employees are very nice. I go Brea,CA location at least 2 times a week.
I feel they are under staffed. The wait it always too long. Today I had to wait over 30 mins to get my smoothie. I ordered on my phone so when I arrived it would be ready since I go there on my lunch time. Since they took so long today I was late back to work.

Love Nekter! I often go to Nekter for smoothies. But sometimes it is not consistent. On some days I get a perfect smoothie that has a icy/thick texture that's like a slurpee. But on some days, I get a smoothie that feels like I'm drinking juice. If it's like juice, I might as well just order juice instead of smoothie. I get a smoothie because I like to have an icy/thicker texture than juice.

Not the best customer service. The cashier, when taking my order, did inform me it would take 10 min to make my smoothie since they just received a few orders before me, which was good. So I sat straight outside the door, about 10’ away, in plain view through the glass door and windows, in one of their patio chairs for about 15 min waiting. They never informed me my smoothie was ready. I went inside to ask and, sure enough, it was waiting for me in their freezer. So I thought, maybe they didn’t have the personnel and were too busy to come out and let me know. Not so much. 4 people working in there and only 1 customer in the store at the time. I must be getting old. Good service is getting harder to find!
Did not have best experience! My order took a really long. The smoothies were not mixed all the way and had very little flavor. Definitely not worth the $16 I paid.
I came here during my lunch break and waited about 35 min for 1 smoothie with only 3 other customers here, only to find out my smoothie was sitting on the counter while the workers were standing around gossiping and didnt bother to tell me it was ready
