The order was 12 minutes late. I find this location to be inconsistent with service. That’s why I would give a 5. The Brea Gateway location is by far better with customer service.

My experience was great. Ordering online was easy in the app. Although my order wasn’t ready at the time it was promised, I only had to wait a couple of minutes since they were making my smoothie as checked in. The staff members in the shop were friendly and greeted me as I entered.

For some reason, the smoothies here are made WAY better than the Yorba Linda Blvd location. I drive a little further now to order from the Brea store because the blend and texture is so much better. Kudos to the staff there!

I came here at 10:30 and ordered 3 drinks. It took them 30 minutes! And they even forgot about one of the drinks, which I had reminded them about 2x. Ridiculous.
