Always love my bowl. However…
The app is not always helpful. I entered gift cards on it, but cannot use them at checkout.
It just keeps telling me there is an error. I tried using the ‘split payment’ feature, I tried changing the amount charged to the gift card. The app had an amount put in by default that is incorrect for the order.
Frustrating.
I feel like I’ve wasted my gift cards!

It wasn’t the best, the employee wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed. My bowl was really watery, and I ate it immediately so it didn’t have time to melt.

Order wasn't ready on time, tons of people waiting and my smoothie was more of a drink. Very thin and not worth what I paid!
This isn't the girl's fault because clearly ownership or the manager doesn't staff or train correctly. Maybe it's because it's a nice day or something but if we're paying a premium price for a smoothie it needs to kick ass 95 percent of the time. This was the other 5 percent.

Sadly the service level has gone down at this location and for most Nekter stores. Even the quality has taken a big dip.
There was no greeting and it took several minutes before the two staff member even acknowledged they knew you were at the counter for mobile pick up. The employees are not happy or smiling.
