I ordered on the app, seamlessly. When I arrived my drink was waiting for me. In the fridge kept cold. The man working the restaurant could have a been nicer to the only person coming in at that time. My drink and shot tasted great.

I went to pick up my order -12oz apple detox and was give a 24oz greenie.told the girl that this seems like the wrong order it’s too big and dark green and there’s no ginger. She proceeds to pull out of the fridge my12oz drink WITH MY NAME ON IT. And says it’s the same drink and I said there’s not ginger in this and she goes I know I didn’t put it 1. I asked for extra ginger 2. You know you didn’t make it right yet still have it to me 3. Are now admitting it and not giving me my 12oz CORRECT drink. She goes over and juices a ginger and then pours it in the 24oz drink and gives it back while MY drink is just sitting there and I again said this doesn’t taste like the apple detox I ordered and she again goes it’s the same one I just added ice -which was also something I ordered it without. With no more time on my lunch break to deal with this I took the wrong drink and left- literally the most difficult and argumentative person I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if she was embarrassed she mixed up the drinks in the first place and wasn’t going to admit it, but in complete shock my literal order was sitting right there with my name on it and she refuse to give it

Always a friendly and welcoming environment. Never had any issues. Sometimes the orders go past the ETA for mobile orders, but it's never been that long after. Maybe 5mins max.
Overall, have had great experiences and I go here instead of Jamba Juice now.

Açai bowl was very good, but the service was really bad. I say “hello,” there’s no response, the girl is still preparing my order; when handed to me, I say “thank you,” again no response, she just turns and walks away.
