Bowl was good; service, while not bad, was not impressive. Maybe I just expect too much, I don’t know. I guess the days of the “Hi! How may I help you?” with a big smile and a “Thank you, come again! Have a great day!” are a thing of the past.

The male that answered the phone there after I called about 10 times was not nice and talked over me and wouldn’t give me a chance to inform him why I was calling in the first place and cut me off telling me you only take orders online. Uhm that’s why I was calling because I have an order online and I needed to change it. Basically he said orders already been made. He then said you guys were really busy and that’s what took him so long to answer my call. So basically you can’t pick up the ringing phone and ask a customer to hold? I arrived shortly after and the place was empty, not one person in there except a sweet girl that handed me my order. I don’t know where this guy was when I came in but obviously he was lieing because he didn’t want to work. Not one person in the place on this rainy day. He shouldn’t work there if he can’t handle customer service.
