I ordered extra chia on my immunity bowl and it just came with only a tiny bit. I love this bowl but it always comes with a tiny bit of chia unless the owner makes it. She always puts the correct amount

I always have good service here the employees are great. The employees were still friendly but whoever made my bowl needs to be taught how to do it again. I paid a lot and some extras and the smoothie content portion was so low. 1/3 from the top was empty. That includes the toppings too on my açaí bowl and it still had 1/3 of empty pace. The smoothie portion was was less than a small 16 oz cup of smoothie mix. The bowl was more and I have always got it filled to the top at every Nekter for years this was first time I felt I got jipped for what I paid for. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional just need to be reminded how to fill it properly. I was on my way somewhere and couldn’t go back to rectify it.

It's been amazing experience so far with these guys. They're right on time and orders come fresh and accurate. I just wish Nekter brand comes up with better acai bowls but their juice and smoothies are excellent and definitely their strength!

What happened to this place? Just came in the two girls were very 😷 sick made me the worse Acai bowls I've ever had in my life. The owner is super sweet and spunky Ive met her. I guess Im wondering what's with the poor quality and terrible staff?

Ordered 2 Açaí Peanut Butter Bowls, and this is what we got... Every Nekter we’ve gone to fills up the container (including this location), but apparently there were 2 girls working today, and they decided to change things up and only fill it up halfway. She said this container is larger than the other one, but we’ve gotten this container multiple times and it’s always filled up. Also, I’m pretty sure the other container is wider than this one, so they end up being just about the same size. This is wrong and it needs to be addressed by upper management.

Disappointed in my acai bowl at this location. With toppings, my bowl was only a little over 3/4 full and it was already very mushy, by the time I got to my car it was almost soupy. I have door dashed these and had them arrive at my house more frozen than this bowl was. I probably won't be going back to this location.

OMG THE BOWLS ARE AMAZING!!! i’m usually not the person to try something new, but hey it’s fall already and i wanted to try the pumpkin almond bowl...... IM SUPER JUST MMMMM no words to explain!! i as well got the pink flamingo and it’s so delicious. A bit pricey, but still good. I ordered a pink flamingo 24oz with greens (spinach and kale) and it came out to about $8.50. They do have plenty of juices and smoothies, but I was impressed by the amount of add ons they offer. Flax seeds, greens, chia seeds are some of the few add ons they offer for a $1 more. Nektar is pretty similar to Jamba Juice, besides drinks they also offer bowls and healthy snack around the counter. Once again they're a bit pricier, but you can taste the difference.

Employee discouraged me from getting any of the açaí bowls, told me everything was melting and I shouldn’t get anything.

I LOOOOOOVE how healthy yet tasty the drinks and bowls are here. I would come here everyday if they had better hours after my soccer practice. Really? 8am-6pm, do you not want people to go to Nekter? I always get the PB bowl, berry banana burst, or orange crush. After a workout, i get the toxin flush.
