Friendly staff. Great acai bowl

I appreciated the buy 2 get 1 free bowl and that my order was ready on time.

It’s a healthy habit. Only complaint is I’m not sure the requests for the orders are thoroughly read. I don’t think blueberries were added to our bowls and we asked for no banana on one. They were good though.

I scarfed the bowl down so quickly because it was so delicious. Definitely my favorite protein bowl.

I didn’t get the right order. I ordered the mango bowl and I got the berry bowl. I didn’t realize it until I got home 😢

AB smoothie was pretty watery but the bowl was good and the service was excellent. Seems difficult to get a consistent AB smoothie for some reason.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I came to pick up the order. Smoothie bowl was delicious and juice was good too (however, had quite a bit of beet bits in it for it being a juice)

Since Nekter has a grown so much over the years, I don't love the bowls/juices/smoothies as much as I used to. But they are still really good, healthy, and like seeing the nutritional info online. The online ordering experience was great and my order was ready to go quickly (sometimes takes forever in the store). Only wish to have seen an Apple Pay option online.

Submitted and online order and redeemed a reward for a free superfood bowl. The employees would not honor the reward because they said it needs to be redeemed in person and they would need to cancel and reprocess the order in order to honor it. Then refused to do it even though they just explained it was possible. Such a waste of time - offering a solution then not following through.

I tend to go this Anaheim Hills - La Palma location and Anaheim Hills - Fiesta Drive. There are inconsistencies with them. This location, La Palma, is not my favorite and will probably go to the other location moving forward. The amount of vanilla chai pudding put in my bowl is small compared to the other location. It is about 1/3 of a scoop. In the other location, they place a whole layer all around and in the bowl of the vanilla chai pudding. Huge difference. The fruit also tends to be not ready at this location. My bowl today, the banana, was hard, as if it was a green banana. It did not taste good. I love nekter so I will continue to buy from Nekter but because of these inconsistencies, I will visit the other store.

Easy order pick up via the app and literally the most delicious bowl I’ve had!

Would love more PB in the PB&J bowl- can we ask for an additional scoop?
