We were given coupons by an employee for buy one get one half off and they didn’t work. We placed a mobile order and we got an error message when placing the order but it went through and then when we tried calling we couldn’t get through. The order itself was correct and tasted good but overall not a great process

I had an unusually poor experience at AH Nekter on La Palma. I placed an online order and when I arrived the employee didn’t greet meet but rudely set my smoothies on the counter without saying a word and as I was about to say thank you she said “yeah have a good one” and turned away. I ordered two smoothies one was underfilled by an inch which was odd and the second one was definitely missing some ingredients because it was very bland in taste. Overall an unfortunate experience. Just wanted to share my feedback because I would like to continue going to AH Nekter but not if it’s going to be a poor experience.

I didn’t get the name of the woman that was helping me. She was very kind. She seemed to be overwhelmed by being the only staff member that was there. She was very apologetic for the wait time which was not a problem and she was very sweet making sure everybody was addressed as they walked in and apologize for the wait time. I had a great experience.

The BYOB bow was a peanut butter bowl with added toppings , not a specific item BYOB. This has happened a few times. We get a bow every Sunday.
