I had an enjoyable experience at Nectar Juice Bar in Cedar Hill, where the service I received from (America) was excellent and the strawberry smoothie was delicious.

Experience was absolutely phenomenal! I got strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious! The ingredients tasted really fresh and Anias was an amazing help! Customer service was an absolute blessing and provided a very friendly and helpful environment!

Had a craving for an acai bowl. So, my daughter, grandson, son-in-law and aunt went to the Cedar Hill Outlet Mall location. My son-in-law and I got acai bowls, my daughter got a dragon fruit bowl and my aunt got some sort of smoothie drink. NOTHING was good! Both the acai and dragon fruit bowls were liquid and barely cold. The fruit topping were of poor quality. My aunt said her drink was watery and flavorless. We spent about $50 just to end up throwing it all away. It is very obvious there is no one overseeing quality control. I, for one, will never set foot in Nekter again.

Had 3 total people there. Order still took 20 mins for one juice. Order was wrong and they argued with me about instead of just making it right. After they finally did, they didn’t even fill it all the way up. Horrible attitude. First and last time.

This was my first visit this morning 5/9 around 8:45 and although my smoothie was good, the customer service (Mia) wasn’t the best. First, she never came out to greet me as I stood there for a couple of mins. Remind you, I was the only person waiting, and when she came out no hello or apology was given. I asked about the most popular smoothie or recommendation, and she just starred and then said maybe the flamingo. Maybe she was having a bad morning and I won’t let this deter me from coming back but wanted to share my experience.
