We are very sorry that you were disappointed that we do not have a public restroom available inside our store. Like many other businesses located within the mall, our in-store restroom is not available for public use. However, there is a public restroom located just a short distance from our front door, and from my understanding, our team made you aware of its location. We also have a sign stating employees only. Please know that we absolutely value every customer who walks through our doors. We will continue to put safety, quality and our customers first. At the same time, we must apply our policies consistently and fairly to everyone. We cannot allow restroom access for one customer while denying it to others, as that would not be fair or appropriate. I sincerely apologize that this policy did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.
