Great fast service

First time here at this place and location it is 8:03 pm 10/11/2024. Gentleman working the night shift has no customer service what’s so ever . No manners . He needs training his service sucks . Did not communicate once I walked it rolled his eyes at me for giving him my order and when my order was done he didn’t even let me k is it’s ready nothing no thank you for coming . What kind of service is this . If he don’t like his job why is he there

Ya’ll got Destiny up in here working by herself and orders keep popping up.. thats so whack Shouldn’t there be two workers at all times? If not pack it up and close No reason to be overworking your employees

I made an online order for a chocolate bowl, it was so good and extra full

Paid almost 20 for a a really poorly made bowl. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for it absolutely not worth. This place is always a hit or miss.

2x, Apparently their juice extractor is not working. Maybe a sign outside the store would be nice instead of walking in and waiting to be serve. ALV

the smothies are good but staff not so good ...i went in for smothies for me and my kids and i had to wait for a good while because it seem like only one girl was actually working ...the other staff which im guessing is a couple was just sitting around together not help the poor girl out when they could clearly see there was alot of people to help ...i gave 1 star just because of the girl that kept me updated about my order

My husband came in today in the afternoon and tried to order a Mango delight. We noticed a young lady who we believe is the manager talking to two of her employees in a very disrespectful, confrontational and condescending way. We couldn’t even start our order because the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable! We got a cup of water and left! We will never come back! Do better and create a good atmosphere for both customers and employees!
