Nekter Juice Bar - RIALTO

Nekter... More like "Nextdoor" cause the service is so lousy, just go to Juice It Up. I walked in, the place was empty and I wanted a smoothie. The guy behind the counter though? Had other priorities. Namely overstocking the lids. No... I said that right. He wasn't stocking the kids, which can be understandable. No, this boy was making the stacks for the lids so high that they were likely to fall if someone as intelligent as him were to grab one. The guy who owns this Nektar also owns the Handel's in Renaissance Center and that place is amazing. This place? Not so much. I'll stick with Juice It Up or Jamba Juice from now on. Thank you though. Fix your staff.

My experience at Nekter Juice Bar has been fantastic! My wife and I wanted a quality Acai bowl spot and we found it. Service is excellent and the food tastes amazing! We'll absolutely be returning.

This is my fourth and last time here !! Bad service only one guy working ten plus people waiting to prefer not to mention wait for online orders!! Save your time and money and go to Nekter in Fontana or elsewhere as not worth the wait as the owners don’t care about customers they don’t schedule enough employees bad business

I always go to this place and never had an issue but today I went in 13 minutes before they close and the girl told me that she is only making smoothies because they are closing at 8pm but I don’t get why she couldn’t make an Açai bowl if making a smoothie you still have to use the blender lol all you have to do is put the topping which that don’t dirty anything else lol I just wanted 1 bowl 🤦🏻‍♀️

The black alternative man did a great job and he was really sweet. I think he was the only one working tho and that’s not right. I hope he’s gets paid extra for working alone

On 3/20/2026 at around 7:40pm I walked in with the intent to the establishment to purchase a few açaí bowls (given that I heard great things about this place and their products, plus it was my first time going) There was a customer in front of me as well waiting to be assisted. The female worker on shift with glasses and black hair while working on orders turned to us customers on the line and stated “Just so you guys know it will be about 20 minutes that I get to to you guys to take your orders, and I replied by saying Okay no problem that’s fine, then she proceeded in saying and well I close at 8pm too just so you guys know”. With her words and tone of voice I understood she did not want to take or make our orders. You might as well lock your establishment doors at 7:40pm to prevent a bad experience for customers. What a terrible and poor experience. Never going there & I don’t recommend it either to anyone, save yourself the bad experience.
