Most experiences are great at Nekter, however, this time my mobile order took a little longer and the employee was not very friendly. Overall, I love Nekter and would recommend it to anyone!

Personally, we love your product. It is just priced outside of where we can comfortably come to Nekter on a regular basis for our large family so it is more of a special occasion, take one child for an individual date type of place.
Also, the pressure to provide a tip on top of spendy prices is getting out of control at places like this. Especially when the employees are paid a decent wage for the job they do. It does not diminish my appreciation for the job the employees do that I cannot tip —it is just an unrealistic expectation for many people in the middle class to afford to add on a couple bucks for every single place they shop or dine at these days.

So I wish there was a place for comments on the order when I do it online. I was confused on the granola for the bowl and it appears I answered that I did not want any. In reality I just wanted it on the side because I split the bowl.
