I placed a mobile order for pick up. When I entered the store, there was one person waiting. One of the workers came out handed her. Her order didn’t even look at me. Walked in the back. I waited. Four minutes, finally went over to the register, kind of wiggled my head so someone in the back saw me so they could come and, get my order out of the freezer. It would be nice if someone was out front so customers didn’t have to wait.

Everything was delicious but two orders were made incorrectly. One was missing an upcharged item so that was a bit frustrating but didn’t ruin the experience for us.

I always have a great experience here. The cashier Caitlyn gave amazing customer service and was very helpful, and whoever was making my smoothie in the back did an awesome job 👍🏼
I received excellent customer service via message board in response to my not receiving new member app free drink. They applied a credit and extra points within minutes of my concern. On my next visit the next day, the in store employee was kind and had great communication in timing of the 2 separate drink orders I was there to pick up. Not to mention the juice and smoothie was delicious as always. Thanks Nekter!!!
