Everytime I mobile order I still have to wait additional time for my order to be ready. The pick up time should be more accurate.

I love the bowls and the quality of the fruit! The only thing is that sometimes I pay extra for a side and I don't get it in my bowl and I have no way to report it or get my money back for that missing extra. Plus today I saw a lady who works there that has not been very customer friendly with me and other customers when I have gone previously on multiple occasions.
