Pick up was quick and easy. My order was correct. Staff was friendly. The açaí bowls were delicious!

Overall service has always been great but today there were a few things I was not too happy with. I ordered the acai mango bowl for pick up on the app. When I got there I was told they were out of coconut cream which I paid extra for and employee said he added extra almond butter instead which was ok but I would have liked to be asked about it when I picked up my order. I requested if I could add another topping and he quickly said yes he gave me extra pineapple. When I get home to eat my bowl I discover there was not ANY mango in the bowl. The only reason I chose this specific bowl was for the mango. I did not have time to go back and inquire further about this. This is not something that I was happy about.

It was great. The food and beverage were great. I’m just unhappy with the app not applying the BOGO açaí bowl offer when I clicked on it. I thought I was getting the discount however it was not applied. 😣

This is my go to Nekter. Always amazing service and my bowls are perfect. However, today I order my usual bowl at 6pm (I usually stop but earlier in the day) and the quality was not there. I asked for no blueberry and it came with some, bananas are mushy, chia pudding is not well layered like usual, chia pudding is a bit watery, and the acai mix is also extremely watery despite me getting to Nekter before the order was ready.

Absolutely love this location!! They provide excellent personalized service! Absolutely love their bowls and smoothies!!! Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed!!

I have this order often. Today’s smoothie was too sweet. The bowl didn’t taste like it had Protein powder in it

Juice was good but the bowl was not the right one. There was no peanut butter and it was extremely juicy by the time we picked up.

I was disappointed that I was unable to receive the special offer of “buy two get one free”. The option to redeem the offer wasn’t available when ordering online. I did call the store the young man was as helpful as he could be but unable to explain why. Going back to read the offer it did state “at participating stores only”. Appears your store was one that wasn’t participating. I did order the Acai bowl which is always very delicious, however this time when I got towards the bottom of the bowl the Acai was just a blob not good!

They were friendly when I arrived but only 1 of 2 of my bowls were made. I didn't like that they closed of the restroom so close to closing because I really needed to use the facilities after a long drive.

Usually a great experience. I ordered a acai bowl with almond butter inside and cacao nibs. Upon getting hometoday, the cacao nibs and almond butter was missing. Again, usually a great experience, but today was a let down.

I feel great about my recent experience with Nektar. My Acai bowl was delicious, and was ready at the estimated pickup time. The app did not notify me when it was ready, however. I would have liked it if it read accurately. Great experience nonetheless!

The nektar in Whittier Groves service are excellent. They already know and recognize me as a frequent costumer. The split container of the protein bowl is just perfect. Not too sweet for me. The flavors went well. Even the AB health nut that I often order is consistently amazing smoothie. Thank you and will keep coming back to order.
