I ordered ahead and gave them a 30+ min window. I got there and stood in front of the “order online pick up here” sign. A few people were waiting for their orders, 2 people were working in the back, no one was at the counter. When the employee came to the front, she helped a guy that came in after me which is his fault for being rude and cutting the line. Then she went to the back and kept making stuff, 5 min later came out asked for my order and went back again to keep making stuff. I assumed mine wasnt ready yet, but in the 15 min I stood there- my order was in the fridge the whole time. What is the point of order ahead if ot was literally in the fridge and I stood there for 15+ minutes.

Depending on location, products are provided differently. For example today I purchased 4 bowls and one was barely half full - for my 20 y/o son that is not worth the $13.

The drinks are consistently different every time we go even when ordering the same thing almost every time. Either they’re watery or melted, or made almost completely with milk rather than fruit (a mango smoothie will appear closer to white than yellow). Along with this, you could be the only customer ordering one smoothie and it will take much longer than you would think all while hearing workers talking up a storm in the back. Not coming back, especially for the price.
