Good experience. Online order was ready, staff was friendly and attentive, acai bowl was well prepared and delicious and so was the orange drink. Sugar substitute was done and i appreciate the option. As always, cost is the only thing that prevents me from ordering more often.

I’m so disappointed in this location. I usually order ahead for pickup and this was my second experience in a row that was subpar (months apart from each other). A few months ago I did order ahead and waited past the time it should have been ordered and then another 30 min in the store waiting on it while being ignored the entire time. They were unusually busy so I decided to let it go but I didn’t go back for a while because of that experience. I went again today (not busy at all) and waited another 10 min to get my pickup order because the staff decided to ignore me at the pickup spot while they went and made other food. There is absolutely no point to ordering ahead and the service just continually lacks. I will not be going back despite the good food.
