Young girls at counter always seem bothered when ordering or just asking additional questions like are the greens organic. Also, I don’t feel the added greens I paid for are worth it. Their juices at this location seem to be full of watered down base (cucumber or celery) and doesn’t take long to separate.

I tried to use my BOGO which is for buy one fresh item get the second item of equal or lesser value free. My juice was 10.89 and my bowl was 11.09 if my math is correct that equals 21.98 divided by 2 is 10.99. I was charged 17.98 and was told by the franchise owner I received the discount because it was $5.45 how is $5.45 HALF of $21.98 I then showed her the receipt and the app code and she even read it and still was adamant about them charging me correctly. Will not be giving this location my business. Do better.

So far I had only order one item, it was good less sweet than other smoothie places which I like, was made with coconut water instead of juice. The service was great, she was patient with me and answered all my questions. Since it was my first time here.

Went in to grab a smoothie bowl for the second day in a row. The açaí mango bowl is amazing. Always made right. Especially since I can be a little picky. They were great! And the juice was amazing.

I ordered a medium Green Apple Detox. For the price of the drinks here you would think they would fill the cup up. Not half juice, half foam. When asked why it was only half full, I was told that the foam is normal. So I guess if I orders a small it would have been an XS.
Worst customer service ever!
Nectar never disappoints! I’m so happy theres finally one close to me. Their ginger shots are the best (although I wish the whole container was full but I don’t mind, ginger is expensive). The girls that work here are always so nice, despite the Karens that I occasionally walk in on yelling at them over some juice, they still remain professional and kind!
