Great service and amazing bowls!

I have recently moved to west coast from the south. Nekter is in my new community. I have purchased and eaten from them about 6 times. 4 🌟 on the bowls. They are pretty good I have found food chunks. I have done 2 Door Dash orders and 4 walk ins. My DD orders have been great the few times. The walk in orders were pretty good as well, recently found un blended chunks in bowl. The overall 1 🌟 is given because of the customer service needs improvement. I definitely agree with a post on this thread that stated the staff cashiers seem bothered. They seem irritated to answer questions. Definitely give a vibe of "Can you please grab what you need and go so I can finish my shift." I received this from 4 different young ladies within 4 months. This is a direct reflection on management and owners. I gave the atmosphere 3 🌟 they are clean, decorative and have a board to support businesses. But I never feel compelled to sit and enjoy my food in the atmosphere despite these attempts of inviting advertisement. I hope this helps.

Amazing protein bowls!!! Definitely coming back

Great spot. Grabbed an acai bowl and added protein powder - they blended it right in. Also got a ginger shot with cayenne pepper on top. Everything was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Those bad reviews seem to be from way back. Everything here is exceptional honestly. After visiting tons of smoothie and bowl places around, Nekter's definitely my go-to staple now.

Popped in for an açaí bowl recently and it was fantastic! Delaney made everything awesome - from the moment she greeted me to how she plated my bowl. Can't say enough good things!

Came in to get 2 bowls, I asked for things on the side (which I paid for) I asked the lady when she handed me my bowls for my stuff on the side. She tells me with an attitude “I put it on the inside” not bothered about that. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional.

We ordered a dragon fruit smoothie bowl as well as the radiant raspberry bowl they were both delicious! I only thought to take a picture of after we demolished them. The cashier was really friendly and diligent!

I tried to use my BOGO which is for buy one fresh item get the second item of equal or lesser value free. My juice was 10.89 and my bowl was 11.09 if my math is correct that equals 21.98 divided by 2 is 10.99. I was charged 17.98 and was told by the franchise owner I received the discount because it was $5.45 how is $5.45 HALF of $21.98 I then showed her the receipt and the app code and she even read it and still was adamant about them charging me correctly. Will not be giving this location my business. Do better.

We rate a few stars for the peanut butter bowl my husband and I enjoy. It was great. The customer service in the front is a hit or miss. We ordered the week of July 9th. Due to the attitude of the front, we will not come here often or not at all. It sucks that this location is closest to all the locations we shop. Many times we’d rather drive out of our way for a pleasant interaction. This location isn’t inviting and the interactions of those who work there are disingenuous from the moment we walk in, to when we leave. The atmosphere sucks. Too bad the bowls are made how we like them. We love the Village of Prasada location. At least we don’t feel rushed to leave and leave feeling good about where we purchased.

The girls were super nice and the bowl was delicious! I love the ingredients and size of the bowl. I got the raspberry bowl, I’d recommend:)

I have been to several different Nektar locations and I think they’re all different and the quality and quantity differs as well. I have been to this location a few times and both times were below average. Smoothies tasted like unripe fruit, the bowls had ingredients in it that didn’t match the description of the menu. Very odd to add apple to a bowl in my opinion. I probably wouldn’t go back and would go to the Uptown plaza location for a more quality experience.

This place is amazing and has the best Acai banana berry bowl!!
