Absolute worst service! Employees have the worst attitude. We like to go there after the gym to get something healthy and it never fails, service comes with hostility and bad attitude. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. We'll be going somewhere else from now on.

Absolutely horrendous service and terrible management. I placed a mobile order on 2/20/2025 for an Orange Crush smoothie. Upon arrive at Nekter, the two employees that were present said they were out of strawberries and couldn’t make my smoothie. Not only was the fact that they couldn’t even give me the courtesy of calling to notify me of this prior to me coming to pick up my order, but when I asked for a refund they advised me that they could not process it and would have to wait for a manager to be present to do so. They said I would get a call back by the end of the day to confirm my refund. I called 3 days later because I still had not received a call, nor had I received a refund. The person I spoke with apologized, and said I would be hearing from her manager and receiving my refund. She also claimed that the business must have been busy and that is likely why I didn’t receive a call, to which I advised that there was not a single customer in the store, and it looked as though there hadn’t been for some time given the fact the employees were relaxing in the back. I just tried calling two more times and now my calls won’t go through. I have been a loyal customer of Nekter for 7 years now, and am absolutely appalled by how this has been handled. Something as simple as a refund and a call from a manager shouldn’t require THIS much effort. You’re not performing brain surgery. You’re making smoothies. Figure it out.

It was alright. I wouldnt get the hemp granola again which is unfortunate since I love granola. First bowl Ive had that melted before finishing. Wouldnt accept advertised coupon in store only on app. App doesnt have options the store has and vice versa.

My son and I love Nektar's acai bowls and smoothies and come here at least once a week. Greatful Nektar has gluten free options to choose from!

Don't order from here on any food delivery app. Order is wrong and or missing items paid for every time. Done

Very disappointed today. The service was horrible. I did record it so nothing was missed. I have asked for a manager they said they didn’t have one asked for a name she told me no I will give you no name and told the other girl to also not give me her name. The young ladies were disrespectful and rude and the other customer also told me she was so sorry how I was treated. This is not ok called corporate waiting on a call back. One thing that stood out is the very thin girl who was very jumpy and very ready to argue (who appeared to be on something) with long hair said “I’m not even discriminating” I never even eluded to that. It would be great to get a managers number. Also as we sat there she used the restroom to go vape. All together a very bad experience. Had to dine in because my little girl was coming off oral surgery and waiting for her to be ok to drive home.

Great spot! Super clean with very friendly staff. Nick helped me find the perfect smoothie!

Took my 2 daughters there and they loved the Pink Flamingo smoothie! They're not typically into fruits and veggies so I was pleasantly surprised that they loved it. Definitely will be returning! We just so happen to be visiting while the owner was filling in and she was super nice! The place was very clean too.

I love that there's a new Nekter around. Definitely a good place to get a helathy boost after you've had one too many burgers :-). The place is clean and the staff were very friendly. A definite favorite for any Nekter/Juice lover.
