I typically have a very good experience with Nektar but today was not good. There was half of a frozen banana that was not blended in the bottom of my açaí bowl and they hardly put any granola on top.

There's inconsistency of great customer service. One of the girls, is very sweet & the other usually has an attitude. Depending on which helps me well then you can tell how my experience goes.

I love nectar ! , I’ve been coming here for couple months now , and am satisfied 90% of the time , i can say that the other 10%, is that i dislike when my order is too watery based, but majority of the time my smoothie is chunky and perfect the way I expect it to be when paying $15 a cup , I’d also like to see this business implement clear sip tops , for customers who aren’t able to sip out a straw , specifically for people who just got their wisdom teeth taken out etc , but other than that i enjoy nectar very much , I’d also like to earn more points as I’m a regular and feel like I accumulate points slowly. Thank you .
