They didn't add the whey protein I paid extra for this the second time it happens

Was told by the employees that I ordered wrong because my almond butter bowl had peanut butter on it. Online it does not say that the almond butter bowl comes with peanut butter on it nor does it have that as an option when ordering to not have it on there - common sense would be that an almond butter bowl does not have peanut butter however the employees put peanut butter on it. Only that, but when they remade it, they missed stuff that I had added on (paid for too) and I got significantly less in my bowl. Minor things, but very frustrating. Everything is absolutely delicious, but I would advise to go in and place an order so that you know what everything is that is going into your food there.

While I seem to visit on the slower times of the day, the shop is always clean and inviting. My order was ready ahead of time which is always nice. App is easy to navagate. Will be back!

Great service, delicious smoothie. Noticed decibel level of blender made it difficult for customer at counter to hear/communicate with cashier in front of her. A noise reduction engineering control for the blender(s) would make a noticable, significant, and highly beneficial difference in the customer experience in-store. Thank you for a delicious 1st time smoothie.

My daughter and I really enjoy our açai bowls. We drive 35 to 40 minutes from home to visit Nekter to have them. The smoothies are not good. We ordered them 4 times total, took a couple of sips and tossed them. We visited yesterday and they were out of collagen for the new raspberry bowls. They must be excellent.
