I appreciated the quality of the product and that my order was fulfilled correctly. It was ready when I arrived and absolutely delicious.

I love the bowls at Nekter and for the most part have positive experiences. My only two points of feedback would be:
1. The pickup time is not always accurate. I sometimes have to wait well past the ready for pickup time.
2. A few times the toppings have been missing on the acai bowl I order. The bowls are expensive so it's upsetting when not everything I was expecting and paid for is included.
Nekter has been a great addition to our neighborhood though and I love making it part of my morning routine.

I just don't feel like the staff is friendly at all. Not mean but wouldn't even say hi back, and the smell of bleach was overwhelming.
