I stopped by and immediately loved the vibe as soon as I stepped in. It's a cozy and relaxed environment. I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl and it was perfection!

Love your products. Today when I ordered online I was sitting in a parking spot looking directly into the store. In 40 minutes the two people made orders for 2 customers in addition to me. One was a walk in and the other was picking up his order. My order took 40 minutes. 10 minutes longer than the app said it would. Whilst your products are great, they aren’t worth waiting 40 minutes for. The store moves slower than a snail.

I was a bit concerned when I showed up to pick up our online order. The lady behind the counter was touching her nose ring repeatedly while she was helping a customer with order and taking her payment. I told her I was here to pick up my order. She states it’s not done but she will be right with me as she finishes it. She turned around and put on her blue gloves but did not wash her hands after touches her nose ring over and over and handling the check out process with a customer. She completed my order with blue gloves but I am concerned if this is proper protocol. Another worker comes in and starts grabbing bender equipment and looking out how to help with orders and places keys and phones under the front counter. She continues to grab equipment and then grabs blue gloves without washing her hands too. This is quite alarming and I’m afraid to tell my spouse about this because she will no longer want to order from Nektar. This is a good clean eating meal but we want it prepared properly for the price we pay for this product. Please share and refrain if it’s necessary.

We come a lot. Always great smoothies this time even though we came early the smoothies were very liquify and seemed like they had either sat out or been made way before even though I set the pick up to ASAP. The smoothies weren’t bad just seemed very watery and not the same as normal.
