I’m a frequent customer because Nekter is amazing! They have great bowls and juices. I always feel healthier after eating/drinking their products. Only one confusing point: they have a saying “skip the line and order online.” Well yesterday I ordered ahead online, but when I got there they were busy with in-person orders. I was the very last person served despite having ordered before everyone. I received my order 20 minutes after the original estimated time. I asked the worker and she said they prioritize in person orders. So if they’re busy, I guess it’s faster to order in person? Otherwise great place and great staff.

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my team to clarify that they do not put the online orders to the back of the ticket line! I think there was confusion surrounding that. Thanks for your feedback. We do have a doorbell and motion activated camera but we are exploring other options as well as it’s sometimes hard to hear over the blender!
