It was my first time there, and I will definitely be back. I was surprised and glad to see how large the serving was, because it seems expensive. It would be nice if they were different sizes available, but I will enjoy leftovers at least once if not twice.

My most recent visit was the least favorable since I've been coming. I was picking up an online order and the staff person just handed me the acai bowl and didn't offer to put my bowl in a bag or offer a spoon or napkins.
I also noticed that the portion size was about 1/4 - 1/3 less than normal, had maybe 1/2 of a strawberry, no pineapple and substituted a bit of diced apple.
Generally, a disappointing visit but probably the exception, not standard.
