I have went to this location about 5 times now and have a great experience every time. Staff is always sweet and drinks taste the same every time. I have also recommended this juice bar to friends and they have agreed. Plan to continue to come back.

Fell in love with this location the moment I walked in. Sparkling clean and fresh. To top that? The staff is amazing and super friendly. If you happen to be greeted by Kasie then you will know what I mean!
The smoothies are better than Jamba for which I used to visit twice a day. But once I discovered Nektar? I wouldn’t dare to go back!!

Unfortunately the past several times I have gone to this location they have been under staffed. This causes a huge delay in getting orders to the customers in a timely manner. One time my daughter’s boyfriend had to wait over an hour. Even when we order online we still have to wait when we get to the store to pick up our order. Another time when we used a coupon for an online order it did not go through and the employees working were not able to help us. They said we had to submit a request online which we did and never received a response. It is not fair to the employees to not have enough staff to work and keep up with the demand of the orders. It’s also not fair to not have a manager available to help with customer service issues. The company really needs to work on its service both in store and online.

First time to this place and was turned away at 7:13pm but their door says 7:30pm. Would not have been much of an issue but Brenden proceeded to be rude about it. To the manager: thank Brenden for this 1 star.
