I love Nekter, the Roseville location is amazing and always nails my drink orders and the employees are so friendly. However, every time I’ve ordered a drink at the Fresno Universal Park location the drinks are never made properly, excess juice/coconut water and watered down smoothies and the employees are not friendly.

First time customer and ordered an acai bowl.. definitely is NOT an acai bowl. Not a traditional pure acai bowl at least. There was more juice, bananas and berries in mix than acai. It was so watery. Would be a good smoothie but anyone looking for an acai bowl should look up LovingSeed.

Very friendly, great smoothie. There is some confusion because it says you must wear a mask to enter the shop, but none of the employees were wearing masks.

I’m glad I’m not allergic to anything on your menu, because more often than not when I make a request to remove a topping, the request is ignored. I really dislike cacao nibs and as usual I asked for them to be removed today and they were still on my smoothie bowl. I’m pretty convinced that the majority of the employees don’t read the special requests on mobile orders.
