Although the product tastes fine, it was ordered and received quickly, the children's smoothie had chunks of something inside it. I'm not sure what it is, but my teeth cannot break it. I'm not sure it is something that was meant to be inside the blender.

No one came to open up this store. The lights were off, no one was inside, and the door had a padlock on it. Yet they accepted my order through the app and charged my card.

I suggest sending the customer a text to let them to know their order is ready. For example, when ordering off Panda Express or other eateries, they give an estimated time but also sends a text to let the customer know the order is ready. I placed my smoothie orders around 0815 and the estimated pick up time was 0845 which is surprisingly very long for a smoothie this early in the morning. I am positive my smoothie was done long before 0845. I waited until that time to pick up when it would have been nice to have been able to pick it up sooner if it was done sooner. Thanks!
