It's important for your people to focus on the order, I ordered a bowl, and asked for the granola to be put on the side, this was not the case, sometimes the store needs more help, seems busy, I can see the stress in the employees but over all its good, my family keeps going back,

I ordered online and scheduled it to be picked up at 12:30pm only to find out that my lunch was at 12pm. I called ahead to ask if I could change the time and I was told that when my order printed out, it would be prepared so it can be ready by 12pm. I got there and my order wasn’t even in the system. I showed the girl my receipt. She quickly prepared my order with such a kind and sweet attitude. Thank you so much!!!

My order was processed in the app but when I arrived at the designated time, the girl said it was not received. I am now waiting for my bowl and will probably be late to work. I feel that every time I order it takes forever. I love the product but not the service. I will say that the attendant was helpful and got on it right away
