This location and new management is amazing. I love the protein power bowl which keeps me fueled and full after working out. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions.

I absolutely adore this place! Whenever I’m in the mood for a sweet treat but also wanna be super healthy, this is the spot I go! The service is amazing, and I loved chatting with the owner!! Highly recommend!

My recent visit to Nekter Juice Bar left me feeling more frustrated than refreshed. What should have been a quick and healthy pick-me-up turned into a customer service nightmare. I ordered a specific açaí bowl, looking forward to the delicious and nutritious blend. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was completely wrong. The toppings were all off, missing some key ingredients I was craving. Disappointed but hopeful, I politely informed the employee about the mistake. Instead of a quick apology and a fix, I was met with a complete lack of customer service. The most shocking part? They refused to remake the correct açaí bowl without charging me again.Essentially, I was expected to pay twice for their mistake! This whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn't from the açaí (which I never got to enjoy). It's simply unacceptable that such a basic customer service principle – correcting their error – was completely DISREGARDED!!! If you're looking for a place that values customer satisfaction, Nekter Juice Bar might not be the best choice. My recommendation? Head elsewhere for your healthy açaí bowl fix. There are plenty of other great options out there!

I’ve been going to this NJB for a while, but the customer service here is beyond pathetic. Today, I came to purchase smoothie. I tipped them 18%, but they made a bowl instead. I requested a refund or my smoothie. The two women reacted very rudely by yelling at me. I am a repeated customer and have never been subjected to this kind of behaviour. For the sake of the business, I urge you take an immediate action. $17 for a smoothie and being disrespectful is just not a smart business decision. One of the two women said “I don’t want you to see you again”. After heated argument, they made small size PJ&B smoothie that tasted like garbage, but again refused to give me a change since I ordered medium size? My experience at this shop is just like a mafia style criminality. How can you take my money without giving the product I paid for?

The last 3 times I’ve been there…. Slushy Choco PB smoothie, and the açaí bowl was not filled nor my strawberry banana protein shake ….. shrinkflation! You guys are cutting back on product and charging more and still expect tips:
