The young lady behind the counter put my bowl on the counter did not ask me if I wanted a bag of spoon napkin anything she went back to the back and began talking with. I guess a coworkers.

We absolutely love this place! They have a great variety of smoothie bowls and they are always so fresh! My favorite is the Berry Bowl. It’s a little pricey but so dang good!

I didn’t receive açaí blend but instead received the berry blend in my bowl because I ordered the berry smoothie

If you haven't stopped in to try a smoothie or a bowl or a juice ... you should! Staff is friendly & helpful & the place is just so simple. Great stop while rushing around!
Old fruit, half filled bowl, And 2 inches from the top is the $10 small drink?!?! Gave this place a shot 3x now. All three times there was something I was unhappy about. I’m not sure why anyone would serve a black banana and expect for the customer to be happy especially considering it’s $15 for a bowl that is half full. I called and spoke with Manager. They said they would issue refund. I never received the refund. I will never ever ever come back to this Nektar. Horrible horrible horrible…fits right in with everything else in Rockwall. Sloppy and gross.
The last few visits haven't been very good. The bowl and smoothie were watery.

Terrible service my acai bowls was watered down I was supposed to have mango and blueberries and when I told him about it he looked at me like I was stupid definitely wouldn't recommend this place
Ordered $11 acaio bowl but they changed it to $13.99 saying i did not order the $11 bowl and refused to honor my order---the owner did not know how to do a credit. We are old customers of Nektar.
When I originally ordered to go, my bowl came with a top on it when taken out of the freezer. Lately the bowl when taken out doesn’t have a top. Of course I can put the top on it when I pick it up.
However, when a restaurant makes food to go and when you’re ordering it, do they leave the item uncovered? These are the same expectations I have for this establishment.
The other main issue is the heavy guy in glasses totally seemed unconcerned about my complaint.
I am ultimately concerned about the safety and health of my product.
You all have been inconsistent with my orders. I have given you many chances. There seems to be a growing lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Great atmosphere, great food. Bring my kids here all the time and they love the acai bowls and skoops. Would recommend for anyone wanting to eat healthy.
As you can see from the second picture, they advertise natural fresh fruits. However, I was disappointed when I got home and found that my Açaí Mango Bowl had CANNED pineapples and not fresh ones. This was my very first visit and going to be my last time here giving that they are false advertising their fruits which defeats the whole purpose of a natural juice bar!! Makes me question their juices and smoothies since it’s so easy for them to top off an açaí bowl with canned fruits instead of cutting up fresh fruits. Very disappointing in this place!
