I did a online order got to the store it was ready on n I received a warm n welcome greetings

I cannot say fully express how excellent the young lady is who has taken my orders my first 3 visits to the Eastern Ave store (on 3 consecutive weekends!). I hate that I forgot her name. If it helps, I was just there today, 4/13/25, and my pick up time was 3:10. Words do not do our experience with her any justice. She exemplifies what customer service should be. She was patient on our first visit to that location, and explained the ingredients and options thoroughly. She always has a smile on her face, and has such a beautiful spirit. It is a joy to see her each visit. As for the açaí bowl itself, it is a delicious treat. Aside from the 100 g of carbs, I would choose this over any other sweet treat every time! Our acai bowls look like a work of art! The presentation of the bowls is one of the rare times that a dish actually look like what is pictured in advertisements. Excellent food, beyond excellent service: Nekter is now my favorite shop for a delicious, albeit healthier treat.

This was the first visit to this location because Gambrills was out of the grab and go juice I wanted but the employee was very kind and efficient!

Had a good experience was in and out order was ready and always get my extra agave cup

Ordered online and went to pick up but store was not open! No note on door 🚪 hrs say open at 8:30am

I ordered a mango base bowl and was given the banana berry bowl. I contacted the store and was informed that the mango base is the the same as the mango bowl but I just purchased one 2 days before. Before and it tasted totally different and was a different color.
