The item bought was good. Nothing was wrong with the smoothie. However, the customer service is never any good. No one speaks when you come through the door. When you get to the counter it’s just what would you like, did you already place an order. It’s never an inviting or welcoming.

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is because their smoothies are good. I haven’t been back since my last visit because literally every time I went the staff was so rude. They don’t even greet you or say hi. The two same girls that were there the few times I went both look so miserable all the time. I won’t be coming back because of this. I hope you guys can approve on your friendliness and customer service because it’s very much lacking. Do better please. You have so much potential.
Thursday morning at 9am, the lady at the register was rude, wasn’t the first time either. Won’t be returning and will tell all that I know not to spend money where it seems that you’re not welcome. If she doesn’t like the job she should quit. Or become more inviting.
