Smoothie was good. Employee seemed annoyed

The app is terrible. The Apple force you to pay extra for protein otherwise there’s a decent chance your drink may not come with protein. Also, The rewards redemption doesn’t not work for all of the menu items. The almond butter smoothie/peanut butter smoothie is not redeemable as far as the Actual product, the smoothies and drinks are very tasty and made in a timely manner and a clean environment.

My smoothie was delicious. The 2 employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. The counter where they bring the smoothies and other things out to customers was a little dirty. Nothing that major. My experience overall was positive and I look forward to going back as soon as possible.

The smoothies and Acai Bowls taste very sweet and good, but also have a good amount of healthy ingredients. The establishment looks very neat and clean, and the staff are very friendly and the service is fast.

Nektar has been my go to during cancer treatment and to help me stay on track if I need a quick health fix for breakfast/lunch. I've gone to various Nektars around the southwest and the Flagstaff bar is ok. They've had supply trouble with their gluten free granola. It seems like eveytime I order their bowls with GF they comment on having issues with supply. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I don't feel welcomed when I arrive or order, almost like I'm a burden coming in? I like that they have an app I can accumulate points with. I prefer the Local Juicery's quality ingredients and customer service, but their $18 bowls break the bank. Sometimes you just need a chain fast food smoothie/juice/bowl on the west side, that's what this place provides. No smile, no welcome, just a pick up online order and eat in your car staw meal.

I ordered a smoothie from my car 10 minutes away. It was ready when I got there.

As always my smoothie was made quickly and was delicious. I have recommended Nekter to others. If I get a smoothie on my way to get my nails done, someone always asks about it. My mother in law got me a gift card for Nekter because I love it so much.

I work in the plaza so sometimes I'm a little late picking up. My smoothies were very tasty. The gal who helped me was also very nice.
